World Psoriasis Day is a not-for-profit organization
that unites more than 40 patient associations (PAs)
around the world and endeavours to represent the voice
of the 125 million people with psoriasis.
Through this website and its support of PAs, WPD aims
to improve diagnosis and treatment, increase access
to appropriate medications and to raise awareness of
psoriasis and the issues involved amongst the general
public and healthcare commissioners alike.

Sponsors of the initiative benefit from increased access
to patient associations around the world in addition
to contributing to the growth of the market and lobbying
for improved access to medications. Some key statistics
