The National Psoriasis Foundation/USA eagerly supports World Psoriasis Day (WPD) and its aim to generate greater awareness and understanding of people who live with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. We are united with psoriasis associations from around the world in urgently calling for policy makers, healthcare professionals, the pharmaceutical industry and the general public to recognize the plight people face in living with these diseases.

The National Psoriasis Foundation/USA is a member of the International Federation of Psoriasis Associations, which is applying to the World Health Organization for formal recognition that psoriasis is a serious health disease.
